5. The Game Day workout is 60 minutes of cross training that will push you to the limit and allow you to put all your new skills to the test.

6. A strongly built core is the foundation for your bodies physical fitness. The 3/4 hour core building exercises will enable you to easily target not only your core, but your hamstrings and gluts.
